Most bathroom problems start behind the tiles. We strip back to the structure, replace the pipework, waterproof the wet areas and then tile and fit, so the room still looks right in ten years and not just on handover day.

Tanking the shower and bath areas before tiling is the step that prevents leaks and mould later, and it is the one most often skipped. Electrical work in a bathroom has to follow the safety zones in the wiring regulations, and a new bathroom needs an extractor fan. Our electricians certify it.
The price depends on the size of the room, whether the layout changes, wet room or tray, wall hung or floor standing fittings, and how much tiling there is. We can fit sanitaryware and tiles you have bought, or price the supply for you.

Yes, it is one of the most common jobs we do. The main question is the drainage fall for the tray or wet room floor, which we check at the survey.
Do you supply the sanitaryware and tiles?
Usually the client chooses and buys them, and we fit. We are happy to recommend suppliers or price the supply as a separate line.
Will we have a working toilet while you work?
If it is your only bathroom we plan the job so the WC is out for as short a time as possible, normally a day or two at most.
Can you build a wet room?
Yes. A wet room needs the floor laid to a fall towards the drain and a fully tanked floor and walls. Upstairs, we check the joists and the route for the waste at the survey.
