Full renovations

Whole house refurbishment, sequenced so trades are never waiting.

A whole house is not eight small jobs. It is one programme where the rewire has to finish before the plasterer starts and the bathroom has to be tanked before the tiler arrives. Getting that order right is most of what you are paying for.

What is included
  • Strip out and waste management
  • Full rewire with a new consumer unit and certification
  • Replumb, new boiler and heating design
  • Structural openings and steels where walls come out
  • Bathrooms tanked, tiled and fitted
  • Kitchen supply and installation
  • Plastering, flooring and decoration throughout
  • Fitted joinery and wardrobes as part of the same programme

Typical duration: 12 to 24 weeks depending on size

Common questions
Do we need to move out?

For a full house, usually yes, and it works out cheaper. An empty house lets trades overlap instead of working room by room around you.

How do payments work?

Staged against work completed, agreed in writing before we start. You are never paying for work that has not happened.

Who certifies the electrics and gas?

Our own registered electricians and gas engineers, and you get the certificates at handover along with the Building Control sign off.
